Generic Bourgogne Aligoté is Burgundy's thirst-quenching white — lively, dry, mineral, built for the table and conviviality. From vines planted across the Burgundy appellation, often on more fertile soils, it produces a light, direct white. Mixed with blackcurrant liqüeur, it becomes Kir, Dijon's iconic apéritif.
