Arbane as a still wine is a remarkable oenological curiosity — a return to the origins of a Champagne grape whose history dates to the Middle Ages. Vinified without effervescence by a handful of pioneering Aube growers, it reveals an aromatic profile of surprising delicacy, very different from its sparkling version.
