Auxerrois is the emblematic white variety of Lorraine, a little-known but resilient wine region. In the vineyards of the Côtes de Toul, on clay-limestone soils, it produces dry whites of freshness, lightness and delicacy typical of the north. The colour is light straw with green highlights, clean and luminous.
