Bordeaux

Calistoga — at the northern end of Napa Valley, the AVA’s warmest — produces Cabernet Sauvignons of extreme power and opulence. Surrounded by mountains that block Pacific breezes, Calistoga benefits from Napa’s highest temperatures, driving maximum concentration. The colour is opaque purple, of extreme density.
