The Aconcagua region — north of Santiago, along the Aconcagua River — produces Cabernet Sauvignons between Andean concentration and oceanic freshness. The Aconcagua Costa sub-zones, close to the Pacific, give the freshest expressions; the inland Aconcagua Valley, the most concentrated.
