Wagram (formerly Donauland) — a Danube-side region west of Vienna — is famous for its deep loess soils, among the thickest in Europe. These loess soils give Wagram Chardonnays a particularly rich, creamy and rounded texture, with a marked aromatic presence. The colour is golden, clear.
