Clairette — a native white variety of the Midi — finds in Les Baux-de-Provence, at the foot of the Alpilles, a limestone and windy terroir that allows it to express its aromatic finesse. A floral and slightly oxidative variety, it is blended with Grenache blanc, Roussanne and Vermentino in the Baux whites.
