Falanghina del Sannio — produced in the Sannio hills north-east of Naples — is the most evolved and structured expression of Falanghina. The Sannio’s volcanic and limestone soils and altitude add extra freshness and more pronounced minerality. The colour is pale gold, clear and brilliant.
