Saint-Aubin, in Côte de Beaune

Gamay is well established in the Centre-Loire — from Touraine to the Cher appellations — where it produces light, fruity and accessible reds, blended with Cabernet franc or Pinot noir. On the clays and flints of the Centre-Loire, it yields its characteristic freshness and fruit. The colour is light, clear ruby red.
