Saint-Aubin, in Côte de Beaune

Gamay also features in the rosés of Maine-et-Loire, blended with Grolleau and Cabernet for Rosé d’Anjou and other Loire rosés. On the Anjou schist and tuffeau, it contributes its red fruit aromas and light texture to the region’s rosés. The colour is pale to salmony pink.
