Recioto di Soave — the sweet version of Garganega using the appassimento method — is one of Italy’s most elegant sweet wines. Grapes dried on racks for 3 to 4 months concentrate the sugars, aromas and natural acidity of the variety, yielding a sweet wine of remarkable finesse. The colour is brilliant amber gold.
