Petit Courbu as generic IGP — an autochthonous white variety of the South-West, vinified within the Gascony and Basque Country IGP on the clay-gravel and sandy-limestone soils of the Gascon plain and Basque foothills — produces fruity, light and aromatic whites outside the protected appellations.
