Petit Manseng sweet from Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh — a variety harvested in very late successive tries, sometimes until December, on the Béarnais hillside vines, allowing extraordinary concentration by natural passerillage under the foehn — produces Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh moelleux, a great sweet wine of the South-West.
