Pinot Gris in Touraine rosé — a grey-white variety authorised in Touraine AOC rosés, grown on the clay-siliceous and tufa soils of the Loire valley — produces a light and fruity rosé with characteristic coppery hues. Very different from Alsatian Pinot Gris, it yields here an elegant primeur rosé.
