Poulsard Jura vin blanc sparkling

Jura. Also known as the Arbois plant.

Poulsard from the Jura in sparkling version — an indigenous variety of the Jura vinified as sparkling wine, on the blue Liassic clays and greyish Triassic marls, in the traditional method or ancestral method — gives a pale rosé to partridge-eye sparkling wine, light and fruity, rarely vinified as pure white.
