Poulsard sparkling

Origin: Jura. It's called the Arbois plant.

The Poulsard is a red grape variety mainly grown in the Jura region of France, particularly around Arbois. It produces light, elegant and fresh red wines, often used for young wines, although some can age with great complexity.
