Tannat Sud-Ouest Cahors vin rouge tranquille

Tannat in Cahors — in the Cahors appellation (Lot), dominated by Malbec/Côt, Tannat enters the blend as a complementary variety (up to 30%) alongside Côt and Merlot, on the calcaire causse and alluvial terrace soils — it brings structure, colour and tannins. Cahors is the «black wine» of the South-West.
