Trousseau from the Jura — autochthonous red variety of the Jura, grown mainly in the Arbois appellation (Poupets, Singlebain), on the specific poupeïtes soils (mottled red clay) with a semi-continental climate — produces light, fruity, elegant and quality reds with fine acidity and little colour.
