Garnacha Tintorera — also called Alicante Bouschet in France — is a red-fleshed variety, one of the few naturally coloured-flesh (teinturier) varieties. Produced mainly in Castile-La Mancha and Murcia, it yields wines of exceptional colour and concentration, often used for blending.
