Loureiro

Origin: Northwest Portugal

The Loureiro, a native grape of northern Portugal (particularly in Vinho Verde), produces dry, very aromatic and lively white wines. Aromas: white flowers, lemon zest, green apple, fresh herbs, sometimes iodine or mineral notes. Palate: light, high acidity, tight and citrusy finish, sometimes with a slight sparkle.
