The wines of Sémillon present aromas of peach, pear, quince, and citrus (lemon, candied orange), accompanied by floral hints of white flowers. In the more complex styles, you will find notes of honey, nuts, butter or caramel, and more subtle nuances of vanilla or beeswax as it ages.
