Viura produces fresh, aromatic, and balanced white wines, but with a relatively neutral profile if yields are high. In warm climates, it retains good acidity and produces light, floral wines. In blends (notably in Cava with Xarel·lo and Parellada), it contributes suppleness and freshness.
