The Furmint produces dry or sweet quiet white wines, always with a sharp acidity and a beautiful aromatic purity. Dry: lemon, green apple, chalk, dried herbs; sweet: candied fruit, honey, flowers, sweet spices. Mouth: lively to creamy, always carried by the acidity.
