The Pinot Noir is a much appreciated red grape variety for its freshness, its finesse and its elegance. Pinot Noir wines present aromas of red fruits (cherry, raspberry, strawberry), sometimes touches of violet, of liquorice and of pepper. As they age, notes of undergrowth, of tobacco or of truffle may appear.
