The Lambrusco, a iconic variety of Emilia-Romagna, gives sparkling red wines that are light, fruity and sparkling, made by either the Charmat or ancestral method. Aromas: cherry, strawberry, violet, sweet spices. Taste: honest, crisp, slightly tannic, light mousse, sometimes dry, semi-dry or slightly sweet.
