The Listán Negro is a red grape variety endemic to the Canary Islands, characterized by a fruity and spicy profile with dominant aromas of black cherry, blackberry and blue plum. It also expresses herbaceous notes (garrigue) and a marked minerality (flint stone), typical of volcanic soils.
