The Mondeuse, an iconic grape variety of the Savoie and the Bugey, produces aromatic, spicy and slightly peppery still red wines, with refreshing freshness. Aromas: cherry, raspberry, violet, pepper, sweet spices. Palate: soft, slightly tannic, with a pronounced acidity and a fresh and fruity finish.
