The Prensal Blanc is a native white grape from Majorca, producing wines in a light Mediterranean style: pale robe, supple texture, low acidity, subtle aromas of white fruit and flowers. It is perfect for fresh wines to drink young, but can also gain in complexity with aging on lees or a discreet passage in wood.
