The Trousseau is a red grape variety mainly grown in the Jura in France, as well as in Portugal and in a few other wine-growing regions. It is often used to produce elegant, subtle and fruity still red wines, with a nice freshness. The taste is light to medium, with fine tannins, a marked acidity and a silky texture.
