The Corvina produces still red wines with a fruity, supple and slightly spicy profile, especially in Veneto. Mouthfeel: light to medium, fine tannins, lively acidity, often lightly wooded. Style fresh, digestible and accessible, sometimes slightly bitter in the finish (typical of the variety).
