Mauzac sparkling

Origin: South-West

The Mauzac is a grape variety mainly used in sparkling wines, especially for the Blanquette de Limoux. It produces aromatic, floral and slightly fruity sparkling white wines. Aromas: acacia flower, green apple, citrus, almond, sometimes a touch of toasted bread after maturation on laths.
