Cortese

The Cortese produces dry, light and delicately aromatic still white wines, especially in Piedmont (ex. Gavi DOCG). Aromas: white flowers, green apple, lemon, almond, fine herbs. Palate: bright, mineral, low in alcohol, with a strong acidity and a lemony or saline finish.
