Timorasso

Origin: Colli Tortonesi, Piedmont - Northern Italy
Also known as: Morasso, Totorasso, locally Turasso

The Timorasso expresses a rare combination of salty minerality and ample structure, supported by a high acidity. It develops aromatic notes ofapricot, white peach, honey, wax and petroleum with lees ageing. Evolving, it gains in tertiary complexity (mushroom, truffle, coffee) without losing its freshness.
